![]() ![]() Some characters will require shouting, heavy (almost dying) breathing, panicking etc. You may need to switch between softer voices and louder voices to add to the atmosphere. As this will be an audio heavy project good sound quality is needed. Please have a decent mic with little to no background noise. For now though, we'll just focus on getting the audio. Possibly even taking it a step further and making a video re-creating the Journal Fragments in game with the narration over it. I thought it would be a good project to compile them all together into audio form. If you are gonna use one, just don't spam dodge buffs in the hopes you can stall things out 100% of the time like at high-torchlight because things can get dicey REAL fast.I'm a huge fan of the Darkest Dungeon and one of the things I love the most are the Journal Fragments you can pick up during your expeditions. It can work, though, and there are probably way better players than me that could offer better advice to the contrary versus my personal experience. Mobs have jacked up accuracy, and managing stress from more consistent courtier/madman/cultist stress-attacks and crits in general, and having a surplus of heals, becomes a lot more important than pumping dodge.Īlso, for medium and longer runs, you're often apt to start throwing valuable ♥♥♥♥ away if you've got an antiquarian on your team given the sheer amount of stuff being dropped, but sometimes things might go your way and you'd be able to stack everything in there without a problem. Antiquarians are best used to supplement Dodge-values of your other party members-especially good with a Man-At-Arms/Crusader/the right Bounty Hunter and some other nimble folks at the helm-which, consequentially, is probably the least useful stat in a dark run. ![]()
